  2. Greetings All!

I write my blog for you--those who are seeking a natural approach to healthy living. I believe the natural world has many wonderful gifts for us. And we have knowledge and good ideas to share. I really enjoy reviewing the general data the google site collects about my readers.

Over half of my readers are from countries outside of the USA. In the past month readers from Latvia, Russia, China, Poland and Canada have visited my site. I like this--and I hope the blog has been of benefit to you.

    Best Wishes!!

  3. Greetings all! Please forgive me for not keeping up to date with my blog. I have moved. I now know why psychologist rate moving as one of the top 10 stressful activities.

I am by nature a very sentimental person. I tend to keep remembrances of special times. I still have a stuffed animal I received at the age of five. Should I keep it?

I have decided that the time is right to edit my life. I am cleaning out my closets and doing a lot of recycling. This has become a very empowering activity. This life review and editing has become a wonderful spiritual metaphor.

  5. SEED THOUGHT:To seek attention is to say “I need.” To give attention is to say “I love.”

--Reflection tells me both situations are meaningful and right for others and for me. Love’s energy is enhanced when it is shared. When we are stingy with love it’s power is diminished.

Do I accept that sometimes I hurt and "I need?" Other times "I unconditionaly give" out of the heart of joy. Do I accept my moments of need as well as my moments of strength? Or do I deny my truth?
